Let me take you to my Caribbean home through Poetry, Food, and Movement in my home in the US for a day retreat! Once a year, I offer a longer retreat in the Caribbean and Africa. Meals and activities are included as well as ground transportation from and to the airport. For international travel, Airfare is not included but I provide you with contacts of travel agents for affordable options for your plane tickets purchases.
